The Central Club: The Central Club is the fountain from where the YMCA of Lagos took its source. It is an offspring of the London Central Club. The Club was founded in 1944.

Y’s MEN’s Club: The Y’s Men’s Club of Lagos was founded in 1964 and chattered on 22nd July 1968. The International Association of Y’s Men’s Club is a worldwide fellowship of persons of all faith working together in mutual respect and affection based on the teaching of Christ and with common loyalty to the YMCA.

Council of Church YMCAs

By embracing the principle of ecumenical development of the Association, the YMCA of Lagos approved the establishment of the Council of Church YMCAs in 1986.

The Council is currently composed of about 120 affiliated Churches of different denominations.
